摘要
采用原位合成法制备了TiC颗粒弥散强化2A50铝基复合材料。研究了TiC对材料力学性能及耐磨损性能的影响。结果表明,加入TiC颗粒后,合金铸态组织细化,室温抗拉强度和屈服强度得到一定程度提高;高温下,合金的拉伸性能随TiC加入量增加而变化的规律与室温相似。合金中TiC颗粒的引入大大提高了合金的耐磨性能。在油润滑条件下,TiC/2A50材料的耐磨损性能远远优于其母合金以及其他典型的金属耐磨材料。
TiC particle reinforced 2A50 aluminum alloys were prepared using the technique of in-situ synthesis reaction. The effects of TiC particles on mechanical properties and wear resistance of 2A50 Al matrix were studied. The results show that addition of TiC particles to 2A50 aluminum alloy cause refinement of microstructure as cast and increase of tensile strength, At the high temperature, the variation of tensile properties with addition of TiC particles is similar with that at room temperature. The wear resistance of the alloy is remarkably improved when small amount of TiC particles is introduced, Under the condition of oil lubrication, the wear resistance of TiC particle reinforced 2A50 alloy is much higher than that of some typical wear resistant alloys.
