摘要 釉质表面约30μm的高钙化区称为釉质表层,在早期龋形成时该层结构保持相对"完整"。该文将从釉质表层固有的理化性质出发,对其抗酸性,形成机制,脱矿再矿化行为及其在龋病发生发展中的作用作一综述。 The enamel surface is known as a high mineralized area which is 30um on the surface of the emamel. The typical pathologic characteristics of surface zone in early enamel caries is that the surface demineralization is less serious than the subsurface. This review discusses the physical and chemical properties of enamel surface ,it~ re- sistance to acid, mechanism of surface zone formation, demineralization or remineralization of enamel surface and the function of demineralization or remineralization behavior in the process of caries occurrence and development.
