摘要
LIM矿化蛋白(LIM mineralization protein,LMP)包括:LMP-1、LMP-2和LMP-3三种基因型。LIM-1和LMP-3有直接或间接的促进成骨作用。LMP-1在人周膜细胞、牙髓细胞、成牙本质细胞表达。该文就LMP-1矿化蛋白的结构、作用以及在牙齿修复、再生方面的应用作一综述。
The LIM mineralization protein (LMP) consists of three different genetypes : LMP - 1, LMP -2, and LMP - 3. LMP - 1 and LMP - 3 promote bone formation directly or indirectly. LMP - 1 is expressed by human periodontal ligament cells, dental pulp cells and odontoblasts. In this paper, the structure, effect of LMP, and its application in the restoration and regeneration of tooth are presented.
