摘要
目的:探索发展性评价在牙体修复实验教学中的应用模式和效果。方法:运用发展性评价方法,分析首都医科大学口腔医学专业学生牙体修复实验教学的学习效果,并与终结性评价结果进行比较。同时,对学生学习过程加以分析,统计方法为配对t检验。结果:发展性评价成绩与终结性评价成绩有显著差异(t=-2.100,P=0.045),该阶段中,仿头模上操作是学生实习的难点。结论:发展性评价能更全面反映学生的学习过程,有利于形成以学生为主体的教学模式,提高教学效果。
AIM: To study the application of developmental evaluation in operative dentistry pre -clinical training. METHODS : A developmental evaluation system of operative dentistry pre - clinical training was established and applied to students in Capital Medical University School of Stomatology. Paired - samples T test was used to analyse the difference between developmental mark and summative mark as well as the study process of the students. RESULTS : Developmental mark was significantly different from summative mark and the former provided more information on the study process, during which the operation in the simulated oral cavity was the difficulty. CONCLUSION: Developmental evaluation provides comprehensive information of study process and is propitious to form student as main part teaching mode and improve teaching quality.
