摘要
以斗容量0.5m3单斗液压挖掘机为例,分析了传统的挖掘机工作装置有限元分析方法的不足。引入接触应力方法,对挖掘机工作装置进行整体有限元分析。介绍了接触应力及其应用过程,这一有限元分析方法更符合挖掘机工作装置在实际特定工况下的受力状态。
In this paper,using the 0.5 m3 (bucket capacity)hydraulic excavator as an example,after analyzing the deficiencies of traditional excavators working device finite element analysis, the contact stress method is introduced. This method gives the excavator devices holistic finite element analysis. This paper describes the contact stress and its application process, which is closer to the actual installation of the excavator in a particular condition for finite element analysis.
