摘要
基于塑料斜齿轮与钢制蜗杆传动副的成型原理,推导出传动副的啮合方程式。结合赫兹接触理论,分析不同载荷下塑料斜齿轮与钢制蜗杆的齿廓变形规律和潜在接触点。运用有限元方法,模拟塑料斜齿轮的应力应变状态与齿廓变形过程,从而得出了塑料斜齿轮啮合的变化规律。验证了采用赫兹接触理论分析啮合过程的正确性。
The mesh equation is derived based on the principle of the mesh characteristics between plastic helical gear and steel worm. An analysis on the law of the deformation process of tooth profile and potential contact point in different kinds of load by means of Hertz contact theory is carried out. Using FEM to simulate the stress-strain status and the deformation process,mesh movement law of the plastic helical gear is obtained. The correctness of mesh analysis using Hertz contact theory is verified.
