摘要
介绍了同步带传动精度试验的一种新方法,利用两个编码器分别获得主、从同步带轮的运动状态,并对这种试验方法进行总体方案设计,分析了测试系统测试组成原理,通过一定的转换可以得到同步带传动过程中的弹性变形。该方法和系统为研究同步带传动精度的分析和研究提供了条件。
A new test method of synchronous belt driving accuracy is introduced. It implemented two encoders to gain the motion states of driving belt wheel and driven belt wheel respectively. It is analyzed the composition theorem of the test system,the elastic deformation of synchronous belt driving process through some transform can be get. The method with relevant system could provide the prerequisite for further analysis and research on synchronous belt driving accuracy.
