Analysis on Influence Factors of the Large Module Gear-Rack Strength

大模数齿轮齿条的承载能力是关系海洋平台可靠性的重中之重。针对少齿大模数齿轮齿条,根据GB3480标准中的计算方法,分析了各主要几何参数对小齿轮承载力的影响规律,得出了提高大模数齿轮齿条承载能力的途径方法。

The strength of large module gear-rack is very important for the reliability of the ocean platform. The rules of how the main geometric parameters have influence on the strength of the pinion are analyzed according to the calculation methods in the GB/T 3480 standard. At last,the approaches to enhance the strength of large module gear-rack are brought forward.
