摘要
在认真分析车辆动力传动系统共振的危害、发动机激励特点的基础上,针对一四轮驱动特种车辆动力传动系统,利用自主开发的的车辆动力传动系统扭振分析软件扭振TVSIM建立了扭振分析模型,完成了固有频率、固有振型的计算。进一步分析研究表明,该车虽然在某些频段可能存在扭转共振,但如果对操作进行一定程度的限制,完全能够保证动力传动系统的正常运行。
The effect of resonance of engine & transmission system and the characteristics of engine's excitation are studied. Then the software TVSIM (Torsional Vibration SIMulation) programmed by authors is used to analyze the mode frequencies and mode shapes for the engine & transmission system of a 4×4-wheeled vehicle. The results show that although some mode frequencies are located in the range of engine's excitation frequency,the harmful effect can be minimized if the engine's running speed is properly limited.
