Expression of adiponectin in serum of patients with chronic heart failure

摘要 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清脂联素水平与心功能不全严重程度的关系。方法检测82例CHF患者(CHF组)和25例对照组血清脂联素、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果CHF组血清脂联素的水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),且随着NYHA级别的增加而明显增高(P<0.01)。血清脂联素与血浆BNP水平呈正相关(r=0.835,P<0.01)。高脂联素血症组(脂联素≥14 mg/L)与非高脂联素血症组(脂联素<14 mg/L)比较,6m in步行距离明显缩短(P<0.05)。2 a的随诊期间内,高脂联素血症组较非高脂联素血症组心衰复发住院次数及心血管疾病病死率明显增加(P<0.05)。结论血清脂联素水平是预测CHF严重程度的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of serum adiponectin and the extent of heart failure.Methods The levels of serum adiponectin and brain natriuretic peptide were examined in 82 patients with chronic heart failure and 25 healthy controls.Results The level of adiponectin in patients with chronic heart failure was significantly higher than that in healthy controls(P〈0.01).Furthermore,the level of adiponectin increased with the augmentation of grade of the NYHA class(P〈0.01).The level of serum adiponeetin was correlated positively with that of plasma brain natriuretic peptide (r = 0.835, P 〈 0.01 ). The walking distance for six minites was higher in patients with high adiponeetin than that in patients with normal adiponeetin ( P 〈 0.05 ). The ratio of relapse of heart failure and mortality of cardiovaseular events in patients with high adiponeetin were signifieandy higher than those in pateients with normal adiponeetin during the followup for 2 years ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions The level of serum adiponectin is a valuable negative index to indicate the severity of heart failure.
