日照长短和高温影响马铃薯块茎进入休眠机理的初步探讨 被引量:2

摘要 马钤薯块茎发育后期和进入休眠时,生长促进物质活性逐步减少,生长抑制物质活性明显增加.短日照下生长的块茎,块茎中生长促进物质减少,生长抑制物质增多,并处于良好休眠状态.长日照和高温下,块茎中生长促进物质活性增加,抑制物质明显减少,块茎较快萌发.这证明,马铃薯块茎进入休眠时受本身内源生长调节物质活性之间的平衡所控制,特别是与生长抑制物质增加有关.日照长短和高温对块茎生长与休眠的影响也是通过对内源生长调节物质之间平衡关系的改变而起作用. Changes in the activity of endogenous growth regulators in potatotuber and the effects of daylength and higher temperature on tuber form-ation and dormancy are studied.It is observed that the activity of bothpromoting and inhibiting substances varies with the development of thetuber.The relative activity of promoting substances decreases gradually,while that of inhibiting substances increases to be the reversal of theprocess which occur during dormancy resulting in breaking the tuber.The enviromental factors may effect on the growth regulators.A markeddecline in promotors and an incerease in inhibitors are observed undershortday conditions.Treatment plants with higher temperature may causea decline of inhibitors and an increase of promotors in the tuber.Resultssuggest that the effect of daylength and higher temperature on thegrowth and dormancy of potato tuber may be exerted by a change inthe relative activity of endogenous growth regulators.
