摘要
通过分析攀钢发展循环经济的形势,指出攀钢发展循环经济的有利因素。提出了攀钢发展循环经济的措施和思路。
Through analyzing the situation of developing circular economy in Pan Steel, pointed out the favorable factors about developing circular economy. The measures and thinking of developing circular economy in Pan Steel was proposed.
