摘要
选择迁钢2号高炉霍戈文热风炉进行高风温试验,研究了助燃空气、煤气预热温度、煤气热值和混风阀开度等因素对风温的影响。在高风温情况下,研究了拱顶、排烟温度等参数的变化规律,以及高风温对煤气流量、燃烧负荷和燃耗等因素的影响。结果表明,提高空气预热温度、减少冷风流量可以提高风温,降低焦比及增加煤比,并起到以煤代焦的节能作用。
High blast temperature test of Hoogoven stove was carried out in Qiangang No. 2 blast fu naee. The influencing factors such as preheated air, preheated gas temperature, gas heat value and opening limit of mixed valve to blast temperature were studied. The change rule of vault top temperature and smoke temperature on the case of high blast temperature, and the influencing factors such as gas flow, combustion load and fuel consume to high air temperature were studied. The results shows that it can realize high blast temperature, lower coke ratio and increase coal ratio by measures such as improving preheated air temperature and decreasing cold blast flux, and give the energy-saving function of coal instead of coke.
