加热炉对减阻剂的影响及现场应用

摘要 在一定范围内,随着加剂量的增加,减阻剂的减阻增输效果增加。减阻剂经过加热炉减阻效果明显变差,但仍有一定的效果。减阻剂的减阻增输效果并不和减阻剂的添加量成正比,随着加剂量的增加,增加的效果逐渐变缓。在条件允许时,遇到加热炉破坏的情况,采用控制出站温度不变的情况下,原油部分过加热炉,部分越站运行的方式,能更好地发挥减阻剂的效能,进一步节能降耗。 In a certain range, the increase of DRA has good effects on decreasing drag and promoting transportation. Field application shows that DRA still has certain effects though its drag--reducing effect obviously deteriorates through the heating furnace. The drag decrease and transportation promotion of DRA is not proportional to the amourn of added DRA. With its addition, the effects gradually slow down. Conditions permitted, when the furnace is broken, the method of transporting some crude oil through the furnace while some across the station in stabilizing the temperature of the oil out of the station can bring DRA into better play and further energy saving and consumption decreasing.
