Wanting to do, being capable to do and being successful to do are the basic quality which the Party member＇s in the new times should possess. A Party member of an enterprise should carry out the Party＇s basic line and policy in his own action led by the higher Party organization. Also, he should center on the production and manage- ment tasks of his enterprise and lead the masses to make contributions to his enterprise growth truly.
