摘要
随着市场经济的不断深入发展,油田青年职工的价值取向发生了新的变化,在理想追求上,他们的价值目标是呈明显的现实性,世俗化倾向;在职业的选择上呈明显的功利性,物质性倾向。针对这种情况,应在青年职工中开展集体主义价值观教育,创造一个更有利于青年职工积极性发挥的发展模式。
With the increasing fttrther development of market economy, new changes take place in young oilfield employees value orientation. In their dream pursuit, their orientation is realistic and secular. In their occupation choice, their orientation is utilitarian and materialistic. Aiming at this tendency, the author advocates fitting values education into young employees to establish a growth model which is better for bringing their activeness into full play.
