油田职工培训工作现状及试行学分制的可行性探讨 被引量:2

摘要 学分制起源于19世纪70年代的美国,目前在我国普通高等学校得到了较广泛的应用。现阶段,针对企业培训工作,党和政府明确要求"有条件的地方和部门可以实行干部教育培训学时学分制"。本文在分析江汉油田培训现状的基础上,提出了学分制在企业培训中应用的意义及其可行性。 Academic credit system originated from the United States in 1870s and is widely used in regular in- stitutions of higher education in China at present. Presently, the Party and government have required that local institutions or departments can implement the credit hour and academic credit systems in cadre educa- tion and training if possible. This article puts forward the significance and feasibility of applying academic credit system in enterprise training on the basis of analyzing the present training situation of Jianghan Oilfield.
