浅谈企业改革过程中的内部冲突管理

摘要 企业的改革过程实质上就是利益的调整过程,必将伴随着思想观念和物质利益的冲突。理论上,只要有人存在的地方,就有冲突的存在,实际上,在企业的改革过程中,冲突在一定的程度上推动或阻碍着改革的进程。在现代企业管理理念中,制造和利用冲突,是提高员工的创造力和满意度、提高企业活力和效益的重要手段之一。加强企业改革过程中的内部冲突管理研究,合理使用冲突,把握好冲突管理的边界,对顺利推进企业改革具有积极的意义。 The essence of enterprise reform is to adjust profits, which inevitably accompanies with conflicts in ideology and material benefits. In theory, where there are people, there exist conflicts. In fact, in the reform of enterprises, conflicts push forward or hinder the process of reform to a certain extent. In modem management ideas, making and utilizing conflicts is one of the important methods that increases creativities and satisfaction of employees and im- proves vigor and profits of enterprises. Strengthening the research on interior conflict management during the course of reform, making good use of conflicts and grasping the boundary of conflict management will have an important meaning to push forward the reform of enterprise smoothly.
