摘要 经济迅猛发展和全球化快速推进导致人才流动加剧,国有企业人才流失严重,控制人才流失的关键在于:解放思想,与时俱进,以科学发展观总揽全局,建立合理的体制机制,以独具特色的企业文化和美好的企业愿景留住人才,发挥人才的作用。 Prompt development of economy and acceleration of globalization cause and aggravate the flow of the com- petent employees. Brain drain is a severe problem in state--owned enterprises. The key points to control the loss of competent employees lie in emancipating our mind, keeping pace with the times, taking a dominant role in the overall situation in the guidance of the scientific concept of development, and establishing appropriate institutional mechanism. We can retain the competent employees with unique culture and wonderful prospects of our enterprises.
