对能力工资的初探

摘要 随着国有企业用工制度的不断改革,油田用工形式日趋多样化,有全民职工、子女劳务工、劳务派遣用工和非全日制用工等。为正确处理好各种用工和同种用工人员之间的薪酬关系,需建立和完善有效的工资分配制度,以充分调动全体员工学习、工作积极性,推动油田可持续的、和谐的、又好又快的发展,实现企业和员工"双赢"。 With the continuous reform of employment system of enterprises, the employment form of Jianghan Oilfield has turned out to be diversified gradually, including regular employees, dispateh employees, part--time employees etc. In order to coordinate the relationships between pay among all and different employees, it is necessary to estab- lish and complete effective pay distn'bution system, thus mobilizing the initiative of study and work of all staff, push- ing forward sustainable, harmonious, good and fast development of Jianghan Oilfield and realizing "win--win" be- tween enterprises and their employees.
