In order to complete fine management of oil and gas production enterprises, the author advocates changing ideas of supervisors and oonsumers to push forward the implementation of free management of asset entirely. On the basis of strengthening basic work, she suggests implementing responsibilities to make assets to be operated reasonably and effec- tively, and assuring free management of oil and gas production enterprises during the asset change.
