Control Measures of Enterprise Labor Cost under "Dual Pressure"

面对全球金融危机冲击,石油石化行业盈利能力下降,企业人工成本的管理面临着更大挑战:一方面要应对因生产规模扩大、用工总量增加而带来的人工成本增长压力;另一方面还要应对企业降本创效的迫切压力。如何通过科学有效的管理和控制进一步提高员工的经济收益,而又不至于对企业造成很大的人工成本负担,从而实现企业生产效益增长持续化、员工收益增长合理化呢?文章将着重针对这一课题进行必要的研究和探讨。

In the face of the global financial crisis, the profitability of petroleum and petrochemical industries has decreased, the labor cost management of enterprises will be confronted with more challenges. On one hand, the enterprise has to deal with the pressure of increasing cost of labor caused by expansion of the scale of production and increases of total employment. On the other hand, it has to face the urgent pressure caused by cost decrease and achievement increase. This paper focuses on how to improve economic income of employees further without resulting in burden of labor cost for the enterprise by scientific and effective man- agement and control, thus achieving continuous increase of production efficiency and reasonable increase of employees＂ income.
