摘要
和谐的劳动关键是企业得以发展的保证。它共有四个特点:一是企业和谐劳动关系是受劳动法律、法规、制度指引、协调、约束的规范关系;二是企业和谐劳动关系本质上是主体各方的利益关系;三是企业和谐劳动关系是主体各方围绕各自利益而博弈的关系;四是企业和谐劳动关系是主体各方互利共赢的互动关系。在实践中,要根据企业和谐劳动关系的特征,发展企业和谐劳动关系,要充分发挥法律法规的基础性、根本性和主导性作用,整合多方主体、多元机制、多种资源的积极功能。
Harmonious labor relationship, the guarantee for enterprise development, has four characteristics. Firstly, it is the standardized relationship which is directed, coordinated and constrained by labor laws and regulations. Seeondly, it is the interest relationship of each mainstay side in essence. Thirdly, it is the relationship of playing a game of chess in which each side competes for its own profits. And lastly, it is the interactive relationship in whieh each side is mutually beneficial and realizes win--win. This paper advocates bringing the basic, fundamental and dominant role of laws and regulations into full play, and integrating the active function of each mainstay, multi--mechanism and various resources according to the relationship features in practice.
