企业医院改制后经营管理战略的思考与探讨

摘要 企业医院从企业离剥改制后,要由封闭式的单纯福利型管理向开放式的经营管理型转变,成为相对独立的医务劳动生产者和经营者,如果对于将来没有一个长期的明确的方向,对于眼前出现的困境束手无策,就难于在新的技术和经济的大变革中继续生存下去,因而制定正确的经营管理战略就至关重要。在实践中,一要探析内外环境,把握发展方向;二要结合内外实际,理清战略思路;三要深化内部改革,推动战略实施。 After having been separated from enterprises and restructured, enterprise hospitals should be transited from dosed benefits--based management to open management and become relatively independent medical producers and operators. If there isn't a long--team and definite objective for the future and nothing can be done about present diffi- culties, it is difficult for enterprise hospitals to survive the revolution of new technology and economy. Therefore, it is crucial to make correct management strategies. In practice, the author suggests researching and analyzing inside and outside environment to seize the development direction, integrating inside and outside practice to clarify strategic thinking, and deepening the internal reform to push forward strategic implementation.
