摘要
新农村建设需要提高农村公共服务水平,体育公共服务作为农村公共服务体系组成部分,在农村公共服务中占有重要地位。通过对新农村建设大背景下的体育公共服务面临的机遇与挑战分析的同时,对我国农村体育服务体系的概念、构成要素、管理模式及融资渠道进行了重新审视。
One of the purposes of the New Countryside Construction is to improve the public service. Being a part of the countryside public service system, the PE public service system plays an important role in it. By analyzing the chance and challenge faced by the PE public service in the New Countryside Construction, the author examines again the concepts, constituent elements, management model, financial channels and service receivers of the countryside PE service system of China.
