The Study of Performance of Sport Research Team Impacted by Team Network Structure

团队网络是一组接着一组个体(个人、组织、事、物)的社会关系。高校体育科研团队是一个团队网络。通过对体育科研合作发文的图形、中心性、中介性分析,对我国体育科研团队的网络结构、核心成员的作用、知识流动的路径等进行论述,可以发现体育科研人员合作的紧密程度、合作的基本模式、团队合作的稳定性及变化,进而可以较为全面的了解团队网络组织内、外知识交流与共享的情况,从而为我国体育科研团队建设提供一个参考依据。

The team network is a kind of social relation constructed by one group followed one group, so is college sports research team. By analyzing graphics, centricity and intermediary of its cooperated dissertations, and discussing its network structure, the role of core members and the flowing path of knowledge, it would find the cooperation degree, the cooperation pattern, and the cooperation stability. Furthermore, it would help understanding comprehensively the situation of exchanging and shaving knowledge between internal and external team network. So it could provide a reference for the construction of sports research team
