摘要 通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法,从社会学的角度分析了新课改背景下农村中小学体育教师专业化的现实困境,并重构了农村中小学体育教师专业化的路径,即尽力争取社会的支持,但专业自主发展是其根本出路。 Through the literature, logic analysis, expert interview and other methods, this paper analyzes the practical difficulties about the physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas of specialization from a sociological point of view, and reconstructs the path of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas of specialization, that is striving for social support outside, the development of professional autonomy is the fundamental way.
