摘要
随着电网输电线路建设中铁塔钢材用量和工程造价较大幅度提高,高强钢在输电线路铁塔上的应用,钢材耗量和工程造价均有不同程度下降。文章介绍了输电线路铁塔新材料——Q420高强钢的应用背景,对不同材质钢材性能进行了分析比较,提出了Q420高强钢在输电线路铁塔上的应用原则,Q420高强钢适用于输电线路铁塔上受力较大、长细比较小且由受压、受拉及受弯强度所控制的杆件。通过对六种常用塔型的理论计算和经济比较,得出了Q420高强钢在输电线路铁塔上的应用,对提高电网技术、减少铁塔耗材、降低工程造价、节约资源和减小输电线路建设、对社会及环境的影响等方面具有积极作用的结论。
Technological significance and economical benefit make high-strength steel utilize in transmission lines towers widely. According to the'structural features of transmission lines towers , analysis and features comparison of different steel are introduced in the paper. Related technical parameters of high-strength steel and the principle of utilizing it in transmission lines, which are available for reference to the utilization of high strength steel intransmission towers, are given. Q420 high strength steel has high compression capacity, good ductility constructing convenience, higher buckling strength serve as transmission lines towers member. By the theoretical calculation and economical comparison of the six common tower constructure,some conclusions are made that application of high strength steel in the transmission towers can improve power grids technology, reduce evidently steel power consumable material and engineering cost,decrease the consumption of resource and the influence on society and environment.
