The Phoenix,the Sun,the Vine,the Creeper,the Poem and Wine—Approach the Reason Why Lin Daqin Retire from Political Life

本文首先介绍林大钦生平,创作情况,文献版本和各文体类型特色,接着以意象分析为主线,采用分类统计的方法,从林诗常用的四类意象:凤凰、白日、藤萝和诗酒切入,分析它们的传统含义和它们在林诗中的具体含义,并结合当时的社会政治背景和林大钦和友人的信笺往来等资料,探求科举时代粤东地区唯一的状元林大钦突然归隐的原因,以及分析他归隐后的生活状况和矛盾心态。最后从语言结构,抒情方式,意象结构,常用色彩和地域文化等角度对林大钦诗歌的风格特色作简单的分析。

This dissertation firstly introduces Lin Daqin （Lin Daqin＇s biography）, who was the only Number one scholar from the east part of Guangdong Province in ancient China, and his works, the versions, different characters of various styles. Then it adopts both classified statistics and image analysis as the main approaches, by analyzing four important images in his poems： the phoenix, the sun, the vine, the poem and wine, not only find out their traditional meanings but also their specific meanings in Lin＇s poems. Further more, It tries to combine the social and political background of Qing Dynasty, the letters of Lin and his friends and other materials like local chronicles as a explanation for the poems to find out the reasons why Lin went back to hometown after he got the honor of Number one scholar, and his contradictory mentality. In the last part, It analysis lin＇s poems from the language structures, lyric ways, image structure, colour in common used and regional culture aspects.
