摘要
成就目标研究是教育心理学的重要领域。本文首先回顾了成就目标定向的类型,并从个体能力因素和学校环境因素两方面探讨了在学校课堂情境下成就目标定向形成的影响因素。其中,个体内隐的能力理论和能力知觉以及环境因素中课堂的目标结构和班级动机氛围都对成就目标定向具有影响作用,是两者综合共同决定了个体的成就目标定向。
