银翘解毒液中牛蒡苷的含量测定

Determination of the Content of Arctiin in Yinqiao Jieduye

目的:建立一个稳定可靠的方法来测定银翘解毒液中牛蒡苷的含量。方法:本实验采用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱:Hypersil BDS柱(4.6mm×250mm);流动相:乙腈:0.5%冰醋酸(22:78);流速为:1.0ml/min;检测波长为280nm,进样量为10μl。结果:牛蒡苷的保留时间为17.6分钟,在1.04μg～3.12μg范围内有良好的线性(r=0.9995,n=5);牛蒡苷的回收率为97.88%,RSD=1.82%(n=6);供试品放置8小时内稳定,RSD=0.91%(n=5)。结论:本方法测定结果准确,操作简便,重现性好,可用于银翘解毒液中牛蒡苷的含量测定。

Objective：To determine the Content of arctiin in Yinqiao Jieduye by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） with UV detector. Methods： Internal standard method was used. The determination of arctiin was carried out by Hypersil ODS C18 （ 4. 6mm × 250mm） column with CH3 CN - 0.5 % CH3 COOH （ 22 ： 78 ） as the mobile phase; the speed was 1.0ml/min;the detector wave length was 280nm;and the sample volume was 10μl. Results：The Retention time of arctiin was 17.6 minute ,and calibration curve for arctiin was liner in the range of 1.04μg - 3.12μg （ r = 0. 9995, n = 5 ）. the recovery rate of arctiin was 97.88% ,RSD = 1.82%. And the drug was stable in 8 hours,RSD =0. 91%. Conclusion：This method was accurate for the determination of arctiin in Yinqiao Jieduye.
