脉炎消口服液中丹参素的含量测定

Determination of Content of Danshensu in Maiyanxiao Oral Solution

目的:测定脉炎消口服液中丹参素含量。方法:水煎醇沉法制备脉炎消口服液,反相HPLC法测定三批脉炎消口服液中丹参素含量。色谱条件为BonbhromC_(18)(4.6×250 mm,5μm)柱;流动相:甲醇/水(1:9)含1%冰乙酸;检测波长280 nm。结果:丹参素在0.08-2.0mg/mL浓度范围内峰面积和浓度线性关系良好,回收率在100.1%～102.9%范围内,RSD<2%。三批脉炎消口服液中丹参素的平均含量为1.5mg·mL^(-1)。结论:制备了脉炎消口服液,HPLC法能对脉炎消口服液中的有效成分丹参素进行质量控制。

Objective： To determine the content of danshensu in Maiyanxiao Oral Solution. Methods： Maiyanxiao Oral Solution was prepared by the method of water decoct and alcohol precipitation, The average content of dansbensu from tri - batch Maiyanxiao Oral Solution was determined by reverse phase .high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. The separation was performed on a Bonbhrom C,8 （4. 6 x 250 mm,5 }zm） column with methanol - water （ 1 ： 9） containing 1% glacial acetic acid as the mobile phase. The detective wave length was 280 nm. Results：Within the range of （0. 08 - 2.0） μg/ml, the content of danshensu showed a good linear relationship. The recovery of danshensu was within the range of（ 100. 1 - 102. 9） %, RSD 〈2 %. The average content of danshensu from tri -batch Maiyanxiao Oral Solution was 1.5mg/mL Conclusion： Maiyanxiao Oral Solution was prepared,the HPLC method can be used for controlling the quality of Danshensu from the effective component of Maiyanxiao Oral Solution.
