摘要
目的:建立川芎提取液的含量标准控制方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸的含量以确定相关提取物的含量。用十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(35:65)为流动相;检测波长为280nm;理论塔板数按阿魏酸峰计算应不低于4000。结果:阿魏酸在0.0505~0.404ug(R=0.9996)范围有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.1%,RSD=0.53%(n=9)。结论:以阿魏酸对川芎提取物进行质量标准控制的方法,适合用于川芎提取物的质量标准控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard control methodology of determining the contents of chuanxiong extract. Methods: Ferulic acid what is determined hy HPLC is used to determine the amount of related extract. An YMC - C18 column was used with a solvent system consisting of MeOH - 1% HAc ( 35 : 65 ), and the wavelength of detection was set at 280nm to determine the ferulic acid. Results:Tbe operating curves wee found to be linear over the ranges of 0. 0505 -0. 404ug (R=0.9996). The recovery was98. 1%, RSD =0.53% (n =9). Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality standard control of ferulic acid.
