Objective：It is more accurate and rational that dissolution of Azithromycin tablets is determined. Methods： The dissolution of Azithromyein tablets determined by the different dilution steps of self reference were compared, self reference compared with reference substance. Results： The dilution steps influence determination of the dissolution. Reference substance was more reasonable than self reference. Conclusion：The method is accurate and rational.
