新型农村合作医疗是我国农村卫生改革发展的一项重大制度创新,是现阶段我国农民基本医疗保障的重要实现形式,只有扎实工作,稳步实施,不断探索切合当地实际的改革措施,才能使新型农村合作医疗建立起良性循环的发展机制。近年来,全国新型农村合作医疗工作进展顺利,成效明显,总体是好的,但也存在很多困难和问题。本文以江苏为例集中探讨完善新型农村合作医疗的政策建议。

In recent years ,the practice progress of new rural cooperative medical was smooth, and the result is obvious, but also has very many difficulties and questions.
