摘要
本研究收集了在沈阳市栽培的44个百合品种,从形态学标记上进行了百合品种遗传多样性的研究。通过测定44个百合品种的50个形态学性状,采用标准差标准化方法,运用"STAT IST ICA"统计软件计算各品种间的遗传相似度,其范围为0.16~0.50。同时对所有供试品种开展形态学性状聚类分析,将其分为两大类,即东方百合系为一类,野生百合、亚洲百合、麝香百合及日本百合聚成另一类,它们之间存在较大的遗传变异。不同性状集对提示百合品种间遗传多样性有一定的影响,其中生殖器官性状比营养器官性状更可靠。
44 varieties of lily cultivated in Shenyang were collected, including 8 varieties from wild lily section, 18 varieties of Asian lily section, 11 varieties of oriental lily section, one variety of longiflorum hybrid and 6 varieties of Japanese lily section, 5 sections in total. The genetic diversity of lily was researched through morphological marker. 50 morphological traits of 40 varieties of lily were determined. The STATISTICA software was used to calculate the genetic similarity among different variety of lily by method of normalization of standard derivation, and the range turned out to be 0. 16-0. 50. Cluster analysis was preceded among all the objects. They were divided into two categories. The oriental lily belongs to one category, and the others belong to the other category. There is huge genetic variation between them. Different character sets have certain influence on disclosing the genetic diversity among different kinds of lilies, and the characters of reproductive organs are more dependable than that of vegetative organ.
