摘要
目的:观察补肾中药对免疫性不孕症相关基因ZP3 mRNA表达的影响。方法:采用主动免疫法制作免疫性不孕小鼠模型,提取卵巢细胞总RNA,采用RT-PCR技术,检测药物对卵巢细胞ZP3 mRNA的影响。结果:补肾中药可明显下调免疫性不孕小鼠卵巢细胞ZP3 mRNA的水平(P<0.01)。结论:补肾中药可能通过下调免疫性不孕小鼠卵巢细胞ZP3 mRNA表达,从而发挥治疗作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of chinese herbs for invigorating the kidney on the expression of related gene ZP3 mRNA of immune infertility. Methods： The rat model of immune infertility was established by active immunity and then treated with chinese herbs. The total RNA was extracted from ovarian cytes and ZP3 mRNA was analyzed by RT - PCR. Results： The expression of ZP3 mRNA in ovarian cytes of immune infertile rats decreased significantly after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion： Chinese herbs for invigorating the kidney might have the function on decreasing the expression of ZP3 mRNA.
