宫颈鳞癌组织中Survivin和Smac蛋白的表达

Expression of Survivin and Smac proteins in cervical squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨宫颈鳞癌组织中凋亡调控因子生存素(Survivin)和第二线粒体衍生的半胱天冬酶激活蛋白(Sec-ond mitochondrial activator of caspase,Smac)的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术检测70例宫颈鳞癌和11例正常宫颈组织中survivin和Smac蛋白的表达情况。结果:①Survivin和Smac蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中表达水平高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.01);②Survivin蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的阳性表达率与临床分期和肿瘤分化程度有关,Smac蛋白的阳性表达率与临床分期有关。结论:Survivin和Smac蛋白的异常表达与宫颈鳞癌的发展有关,它们可能参与了细胞异常增殖和凋亡并使之失衡。 Objective : To explore the expression levels of Survivin and second mitochondrial activator of caspase ( Smac ) proteins in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and their significance. Methods: The expression levels of survivin and Smac proteins in 70 cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues and 11 normal cervical tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique. Results : (1)The expression levels of survivin and Smac proteins in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues were higher than those in normal cervical tissues ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; (2)There was correlation between Survivin protein expression and clinical stages or tumor grades in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues; there was correlation between Smac protein expression and clinical stages in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues. Conclusion: The abnormal expression levels of survivin and Smac proteins may be related with the pathogenesis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Cervical squamous cell carcinoma may result from abnormal proliferation and unbalanced apoptosis caused by Survivin and Smac proteins.
