摘要
目的回顾性分析经尿道前列腺电切术后出现尿道外口狭窄的原因。方法对300例诊断为良性前列腺增生症的患者,经尿道前列腺电切术后随访。结果本组发生尿道外口狭窄19例,发生率6.33%。结论正确的术前准备、术中操作及术后处理能有效地预防术后尿道外口狭窄的发生。
Objective Retrospectively analyzed the causes and prevention of the external orifice stricture following transurethral eleetrotomy prostatae （TURP） . Methods Follow-up 300 post-TURP patients who had been diagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia. Results 19 cases in this group complicated stricture of the external orifice of urethra after TURP, the incidence was 6. 33%. Conclusion Proper preoperative preparation, operation and postoperative care can effectively prevent the external orifice stricture.
