摘要
目的探讨不同的宣贯方式对托幼机构儿童家长接种知识知晓率的影响,为进一步做好接种知识的宣传教育工作提供科学依据。方法由专业宣教人员随机对100名儿童家长采取印发宣传单的方式,而另104名采取面对面讲解方式进行预防接种知识宣贯,宣贯后采用问卷形式进行预防接种知识知晓水平测定,比较两组的知晓率。结果印发宣传单宣贯组宣贯后知晓率为61.2%,面对面讲解组知晓率为73.1%,两者之间有明显差异。经面对面讲解的家长对预防接种的重视程度也显著高于印发宣传单组。结论由专业人员面对面讲解宣贯预防接种知识的宣贯效果高于印发宣传单。
Objective Discussing the effectiveness of different propaganda form to enhances the day care child guardian's vaccination knowledge awareness rate, to provide scientific basis for improving the inoculation knowledge public education. Methods Selecting 100 child's guardian randomly by public education staff to teach them the preventive inoculation knowledge by distributing proclaims the circular, teach other 104 face-to-face. Using questionnaire to understand the awareness on preventive inoculation, compared with two groups awareness rate. Results After propaganda face-to-face, the preventive inoculation knowledge awareness rate is 73.1%, higher than the awareness rate of the group which using proclaims the circular ( 61.2% ), and there are great differences in preventive inoculation awareness between the two groups. Conclusion The propaganda effect of propaganda face-to-face by specialized education personnel group is better than using proclaims the circular group.
