摘要
目的研究陌上菜提取物(BSC)和陌上菜复方提取物(BMZCY)对小鼠移植性肿瘤和模型动物脏器指数的影响。方法建立S180肉瘤、EL-4淋巴瘤移植性肿瘤模型,观察提取物对S180、EL-4肿瘤的抑制作用及对荷瘤小鼠脏器指数(脾、胸腺)的影响。结果陌上菜提取物(BSC)各剂量、复方提取物(BMZCY)高、中剂量对S180肉瘤有明显的抑制作用,抑制率>40.0%(P<0.05),低剂量抑瘤率为21.5%(P>0.05);陌上菜提取物(BSC)、陌上菜复方提取物(BMZCY)对EL-4淋巴瘤均有明显的抑制作用,抑制率均>30.0%;与阴性组比较,提取物对荷瘤小鼠的脏器指数(脾、胸腺)的影响无明显差异。结论陌上菜及复方提取物对S180、EL-4肿瘤的生长有明显地抑制作用,无剂量依赖性。
Objective To study the effects of BSC and BMZCY on transplanted carcinomas and organ index in model animals. Methods S180 and EL -4 xenografts were established and the anti -tumor effects and the influence on the organ index of BSC and BMZCY were evaluated in the tumor bearing mice. Results BSC in all dose levels and BMZCY in high and moderate dose levels could inhibit the growth of S180 tumor, and the inhibition rate was over 40.0% ( P 〈 0.05 ). The tumor inhibitory rate of BMZCY in low dose leve was 21.5%. The inhibitory rate of BSC and BMZCY on EL - 4 lymphoma was over 30.0%. No statistical difference on organ index was found between the extractions and control. Conclusion BSC and BMZCY could significantly inhibit the growth of S180 and EL-4 tumors with no dose -dependance.
