高氯酸铵晶体结块影响因素初探

Preliminary Study on Influence Factors of Ammonium Perchlorate Crystal Caking

分析了高氯酸铵晶体产品发生结块的原因,讨论了表面活性剂对高氯酸铵晶体产品防结块的机理及其使用方法。通过实验,考察了不同厂家生产的表面活性剂以及防结母液中所含杂质对高氯酸铵晶体产品防结性能的影响。结果表明,不同厂家生产的表面活性剂,其防结性能存在差异,防结母液中氯离子和钙离子对高氯酸铵晶体产品防结性能有显著影响。

The caking reason of ammonium perchlorate crystal product is analyzed. The anti-caking mechanism and using method of surfactant in ammonium perchlorate crystal product are discussed. The influence of surfactants from different manufactories and impurities in anti-caking matrix-liquor on anti-caking property of ammonium perchlorate crystal product was investigated by tests.The results show that surfaetants from different manufactories have differences in anti-caking property, Cl^- and Ca^2＋ in anti-caking matrixliquor have remarkable influence on anti-caking property of ammonium perchlorate crystal product.
