摘要 为了解决牛粪对农村环境的污染问题,变废为宝,本研究利用牛粪和木材加工副产品,研究了生产炭粉的生产工艺技术,研究精炼终点温度、原料配比对炭粉质量、产量的影响。结果表明:本研究利用牛粪和木材加工副产品,研究了生产炭粉的最佳精炼终点温度为220℃,优化的原料配比为:松木锯末0.5t,杉木板皮0.5t,牛粪26t;采用优选工艺生产的炭粉挥发物含量分别为13.34%、灰分含量11.93%、固定炭74.72%。采用环保措施烧制窑排放的尾气,达到了国家工业炉窑大气污染物排放二级标准。 To solve the environmental pollution problem by cow dung in rural areas, changing waste into valuables, this experiment studied the production technology of using cow dung and wood working by-production product carbon powder. It studied the effect of refining end point of temperature, ratio of raw materials on quality and output of carbon powder. The results showed that use of cow dung and wood working by-product product carbon powder, the optimum refining end point temperature is 220℃, the ratio of raw materials optimized for: pine sawdust 0.5t, Chinese fir slab 0.5t, cow dung 26t. The carbon powder using optimization processes product, its carbon powder volatile content is 13.34%, ash content 11.93%, fixed carbon 74.72%. Environmental protection measures adopted firing kiln exhaust emissions, industrial furnace meet the national standards for emissions of air pollutants
