干旱对水稻根系活力与结实性状的影响 被引量:33

摘要 在水稻抽穗灌浆期进行人控土壤干旱,每穗实粒数、结实率、千粒重及产量均下降,但根系活跃吸收面积与α-萘胺氧化活力均增强;抗旱性强的品种,TTC还原活力增强,而抗旱性弱的品种,TTC还原活力降低,因此,水稻抗旱性强弱与TTC还原活力密切相关. The filled grains per panicle,seed set rates,1 000 grain weight,and grain yield of 3 rice varieties decrease when their plants are treated by artificial soil drought condition at their heading and seeds set stages,however,the effective area and α NA oxidizing ability of their roots increase.At the same drought condition,the ability of TTC reduced by the roots of Xiangfu 93 4,which is drought resistant,increase while that of Chaofengzao,which is not drought resistant,decrease.So we think that the drought resistant ability of rice is relative to its root TTC reduced ability.
