蛋白激酶CK2催化亚基的特性

摘要 蛋白激酶CK2是一种真核细胞中普遍存在和高度保守的信使非依赖性丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,由两种有调节作用的CK2β亚基和两种催化亚基CK2α与CK2α组成。而两个催化亚基CK2α和CK2α的氨基酸顺序90%是相同的,所以它们的性质很相似,但却又有各自不同的独特作用和性质。如CK2α对于胚胎发育乃至成活形成起着必要的作用,而CK2α的作用主要体现在大脑及雄性的生殖细胞发育方面。本文将对这两种催化亚基的独特性质进行综述。 Protein kinase CK2 is a ubiquitous material and highly conserved messenger-independent serine/ threonine protein kinase in eukaryotic ceils. This protein kinase is made up of two regulatory CK2a subunits and two catalytic subunits of CK2a and CK2a. the two catalytic subunits CK2a and CK2a' share 90 percent of sequence homology of amino acid and their nature is very similar, however they also have their different unique roles and nature respectively. For example, CK2a is necessary for the derelopment and even sarvral of embry, whereas CK2a'is mainly embodied in the area of brain and the male germ cell development. In this paper, both the unique specific function of the two catalytic subunits were reviewed.
