摘要
应用恒流充放电、电化学交流阻抗、循环伏安等测试方法对明胶在LiFePO4正极材料中的应用及合膏工艺进行了研究。结果表明,在明胶的固化作用下,导电剂在LiFePO4颗粒表面均匀分布,传导电子的路径更加稳定,锂离子更容易嵌入和脱出。研磨滴加法工艺简单,更适合工厂规模化操作。
The application of gelation in LiFePO4 as cathode materials for Li-ion battery and plaster technology were studied by charge-discharege test, AC impedance and cyclic voltammetry,and so on. The results showed that with the curing role by gelation, conductive agent on the LiFePO4 surface was more uniform and fixed up. So the conductive path of electron was more steady and the process of Li' insertion/deinsertion was more easy. The grinding-dropping method was easy and fit to large scale operation in factories.
