摘要
利用红外热像仪应用技术进行多目标实时显示连续动态的全数字红外图像和温度数据,对混合动力电动车用Ni-MH电源系统的电池和电池组进行热平衡研究。在试验中,通过获取被研究对象的随负荷变化的连续温度数据,可以清楚得看到电池和电池组内温度的分布状况图,由此评估电池组散热结构设计的效果,提出修正依据;也可以利用红外检测技术捕捉到的红外辐射信息来揭示和反映出电池组在工作时尚未被觉察的异常状态。
