在现代科技飞猛发展和白酒市场日趋成熟的今天,中国白酒质量技术标准的研究要与技术进步和科技创新相结合,以不断完善理化、卫生、安全考核指标为研究发展方向。研究修订中国白酒理化指标的考核标准和中国白酒不同香型个性特征的评定标准,加强中国白酒食品卫生、安全性研究,尽快制订和实施年份酒的生产、检测国家标准,进一步强化行业管理和企业自律,不断推动白酒行业技术进步,全面提升中国白酒的品质和安全性,促进全行业快速、健康、有序的发展。
In today's time when modern techonolgy is rapidly-developing, and the market of Liquor becames more amd more regular,we should develop the technical standard of Chinese Liquor qualification in the aspects of physics,hygiene and health by using modern technology and innovative science.In order to develop the Liquor industry in a rapid ,healthy and regular way,in order to totally improve the quality and safety of Chinese Liquor, we should revise the physical qualification standard and the judgment of different characteristics about the flavor in Chinese Liquor, we should accelerate the reasearch on safety and hygiene areas of Liquor,establish and execute the national standards of the Age Liquor as quickly as possible , and we should strengthen the administration and self-regularity in the Liquor enterprises,and continuously improve the technological development in Liquor industry.
