人际关系、德行表现对无偿资助分配法则的影响

The Effects of Interpersonal Relationship and Moral Conduct on Grant Distribution

以国家助学金分配为背景,选取751名大学生为被试对象,采用情境故事办法研究人际关系、德行表现对无偿资助分配法则的影响。结果表明:无偿资助的分配主要按需求法则进行,但在分配过程中将受到个体德行表现和人际关系的影响。其中德行表现的影响较为稳定,而人际关系更多是在需求线索不明确或需求状况一致的情形下发挥作用。

The background of this paper is set against government grant-in-aid distribution, 751 college students have been called upon to serve as subjects. A scenario approach has been applied to study the impact of interpersonal relationship and moral conduct on grant free distribution. The results show that： the grant is mainly allocated in accordance with the need rule, but the distribution process is also subjected to the influence of individual moral conduct and the impact of interpersonal relationships, and in which, individual moral conduct is a stable factor while interpersonal relationship works only in the cases where clue for need is unclear or when the need is at equal status.
