摘要
长规格透明塑料件注射成型时,熔接痕大小和位置不易控制。针对该问题,提出了利用数值模拟技术预测和控制熔接痕位置的方法。首先,以高档办公用的透明支架塑件为研究对象,分析了长规格精密塑件产品的结构和成型性能特点;然后采用计算机模拟方法,对浇口位置进行分析。通过变换多种浇注系统设计方案,预测熔接痕位置,并得到优化的浇注系统。该方法可以用于指导长规格塑料件注射成型模具设计,有效控制产品的外观质量。
Numerical simulation method was proposed to better control the size and position of melting-lines formed in the injection of long-sized transparent plastic. Transparent plastic (PP) frame used in office was utilized to analyze the geometrical and forming features of long-sized plastic. Computer simulation was conducted to obtain the flow gate. Different runner systems were switched to better predict the size and position of the melting-lines. An optimized runner system was obtained. The results show that the method can be used in formation mold design for long-sized transparent plastic to improve the plastic appearance.
